Shipping Information

Shipping Lead Times

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Items such as rugs, lighting, mirrors, ginger jars, and others that are noted on each product page, will ship directly from our vendors. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from our vendor partners.

Pieces from our furniture collection may incur additional lead times depending on their delivery method. When placing your order, please review the shipping notes listed on each product page for the most accurate estimated shipping lead times.  Additionally, once your order has been placed, a member of our team will reach out to you directly with an estimate of shipping & delivery timelines.

Upon payment and order completion, you will receive a confirmation email from us that includes your order number and our contact information. We will also send an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order and Backordered Items

Items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder will ship once in stock. We make every effort to ensure our products reflect the most accurate inventory and shipping information, however please note that the dates given are an estimate and may be subject to change. You will be charged upon check-out for Pre-Order or Backordered items. Orders cannot be cancelled due to a backorder. Orders are automatically sent to and confirmed at our warehouse so we are unable to process cancellations after your order has been placed. An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent at the time of shipment.

During promotional periods lead times may be extended.


Shipping Couriers

All parcel orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx unless otherwise specified.


Special Delivery Service Items

Many of our furniture pieces will be delivered by a third-party delivery service during their weekday operating hours. The courier will call ahead of time to arrange delivery. Items included in this category will be listed within each product page. Additionally, once your order has been placed, a member of our team will reach out to you directly with an estimate of shipping & delivery timelines.

Split Shipments

We try our best to ship all items out within the same shipment however there are times when this may not be possible. If this occurs, a member of our team will reach out to you directly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the item ordered, the distance it is being shipped to, and reflect the rates we incur from our shipping partner to safely package, deliver, and ensure your order meets the highest of expectations.

All orders will be shipped via your selected shipping method at checkout. We are unable to offer discounted or special shipping terms beyond what is selected at checkout.



Expedited Shipping

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to expedite orders. Shipping timeframes are determined on the checkout page and are dependent upon the location it is being shipped to and the courier timeframes. We cannot alter shipping methods.


International Shipments

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time, although we hope to in the future! We currently ship exclusively to the United States.


Shipping Requests to P.O. Boxes, HFPU Locations, or APO Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, HFPU Locations, or APO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.


Lost or Stolen Deliveries

Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen shipments. If your shipment has been lost or stolen, please create a claim with the original courier.
